Using a cell phone while driving is as dangerous as drinking and driving. It has already caused many cases, (as the article explains) were the driver has been killed or severally injured from using a cell while driving. I also think that it's kind of ironic that someone drove of the road and injured themselves on an annual safety day. I don't think there should be a law passed for using a cell while driving. It sounds odd from what I previously said but, I say there shouldn't be a law because what if someone were close to dieing or something, they would probably call a family member or something. And if they're on the road at the time then it wouldn't make sense to arrest someone if they are trying to help someone from dieing.
