Understanding Shakespeare

Shakespeare's form of writing is very hard to understand. His plays were the same as well. He didn't write the same way that other people spoke or wrote, he did it his own way. He gave his work poetic and dramatic effects only by rearranging words in a sentence. Also he would take parts of words and sometimes puts other words with other words. I really don't see how that makes it poetic or dramatic, but I've never read anything of his either.
