Styles of Shakespeare

William Shakespeare was a master at iambic pentameters. These were used for the many plays he did. There are 10 syllables per line, each in the rhythm of ba-dum, ba-dum, ba-dum. The only ones that were allowed to be in his plays were the people that read his stories and understand what they said. His poems were also very similar to his plays. His sonnets were instead 14 lines though, although they still had the rhyming sense to it.
