I think it should be labeled as a "international humanitarian mission" because now Gadhafi is trying to keep his power, and by doing that he is also trying to drive the American troops out of Libya. He is not only killing civilians but he is now also killing American troops. His power will not last. Its labeled as a "international humanitarian mission" because it concerns everybody that can help to prtect the people there in Libya.
