Death Penalty

Should Teresa Lewis be sentenced to death? I say that she should not be sentenced to death. First her tests did say that she was mentally retarded and probably didn't know what she was doing. Also she might have been manipulated into wanting to kill her husband and get life insurance. Last death is a major punishment, and I think it should be life in prison or something like that.
